The hotel had a central location. It was within walking distance of the city center.

The room was not cleaned adequately during my four-day stay. Cleaning staff only replaced towels. The bathroom had hair and dust, it was never cleaned . Rooms were noisy. I had trouble sleeping due to noise from neighboring rooms.

A Really Lovely Place to Stay

The location is very convenient. Attractions are nearby, and the tram station sits just outside. The staff proved friendly and ready to help. They even arranged my airport transfer! Our room was roomy, two bathrooms were included, and it was perfect for our family. Breakfasts were a tasty start to each day.

The elevator did make a funny sound sometimes. It sounded like it might need some attention.

The front desk offers quick assistance with directions and travel tips. Staff always spoke clearly. Housekeeping visited each day with fresh towels and tidy service. The reception area always smelled nice.

Our room included a king-sized bed and a small seating area. The bathroom had two sinks. A mini-fridge kept drinks cold. It was so useful and it was perfectly silent.

The location provided easy access to many attractions. I found a supermarket nearby, quite convenient. Staff members were helpful. This aided my stay.

The room I occupied felt somewhat small. The carpet looked old. It also did not seem very fresh. Natural light was limited in the room due to a small window.
